Six Senses Builders is a licensed Florida Certified General Contractor (#CGC1539897) authorized under Chapter 489 of the Florida Statutes to perform structural construction, impact window installation, envelope weatherproofing, and standing-seam roofing across the State of Florida.
All preliminary proposals, online estimates, and blueprint reviews are subject to on-site laser field verification, structural framing evaluations, and local building department plan approval. Formal contracts are executed under standard AIA or DBPR-compliant construction agreements.
All projects engineered by Six Senses Builders comply with the Florida Building Code 8th Edition (2023), ASCE 7-22 wind load criteria, and High-Velocity Hurricane Zone (HVHZ) TAS 201/202/203 protocols. We manage the preparation of signed and sealed engineering calculations and required municipal permits.
We provide a comprehensive 10-year structural installation warranty covering all glazier anchorages, framing tie-downs, and waterproofing seals executed by our master installers. Manufacturer material warranties (including glass delamination and PVDF Kynar coatings) are transferred directly to property owners upon completion.
